The Bumble

Yesterday the 1966 Pontiac Catalina that we bought from a lady in Omaha arrived. Therese and I were both born in 1966 in Omaha, so that is very cool. It's white on the outside, light blue on the inside, and thus we call it "Bumble" after the Abominable Snow Monster in Rudolph. Here are some pictures:

Notice the Saints World Champions license plate? Sweet.

I am insanely jealous. You could fit your old red car in the trunk, or Gil's entire football team.

I grew up with my old man's '67 Mercury Park Lane. In 1979, in that glorious old boat -- still -- NOBODY could beat me off a Baton Rouge stoplight.

You should have had them give the ol' girl a new paint job -- for nostalgia's sake and as a goodbye to road salt -- at Charlie Graham before the trip south. Now, will the radio buttons be (in order) WOW, WTIX, WWL, KFAB and KOIL?
