Guess Who I'm Rooting For in Tomlinson v. Allstate?
The first legal case where a Louisiana homeowner is suing an insurer in federal courts because of Hurricane Katrina is set to begin February 12th. I'm especially pleased that it's Allstate. Go Tomlinsons!

I was wondering if you heard about Walmart opening up health clinics. They are called Get well clinics or RediHealth stops. As a hopeful future doctor will I be spending the rest of my life walking the aisle of the walmart colossus? Who knows. What is next? Walmart prisons?? Keeping criminals at bay with the cheapest price in mind.
The Tomlinsons were forced due to Court rulings to drop their case. It was a hard thing for them to deal with, since the insinuation is out there that they committed fraud and that isn't true!!!!

I'm so sorry to hear that, and I wish them well.
