Racial Harmony

Last night I attended a City Council Forum where candidates for my district in New Orleans (District A) answered questions. The best question was "What have you done to promote racial harmony?" None of the candidates adressed this important issue very well in my opinion. But...one of the candidates, who shall remain nameless, spent his allotted minute basically explaining that he hired African Americans to wash his car. Uh, I won't be voting for him.
